happy 9th month:)

this picture shows where we went.

before that,

i was working in the morning when i saw this message.

hubby brightened my morning with this.

noticed the new changes made to my blog?

now below each post,

simply love the new layout.

hubby stayed up till 4am to complete it,

just to give me a surprise on our special day.

back to saturday.

hubby picked me up after work.

headed downtown east for a stroll & movie.

settled down at superdog for lunch.

food came!

chicken bacon hotdog for me & grilled chicken burger for hubby.

a pity that the sauce was a tad too spicy for me.

caught devil after lunch.

it was a rather thrilling movie,

keeping you in suspense with a twist in the end.

worth the catch!

after movie,

we took a stroll at downtown east.

before that it was raining heavily,

luckily the rain stopped after our movie.

after the stroll,

it was time for some desserts!

softserve ice cream.

we ordered the best seller,

godzilla max.

rootbeer float as well.

tasted not bad.

with milo & oreo crunch,

ice cream tasted like mcd's vanilla cone though.

rootbeer float,

with lots of ice,

rootbeer was only less than half a cup.

left downtown east for ikea/courts.

just looking around at the furnitures/electronics.

dinner at a restaurant in courts.

second time dining there,

will not head back again.

the service's always very slow.

hubby's spaghetti took about half an hour to serve.

luckily we wasn't very hungry.

complimentary starter.

my potato wedges,

as i wasn't hungry.

and when the food finally came,

the order was wrong.

we was told that there was no more spaghetti,

so they replaced it with this.

they should have at least inform us earlier,

instead of making their own decision.

not everyone will like this.

worse still,

it tasted very bland according to hubby.

after the long wait,

he only finished less than half of it.

they gave us these 2 small cakes as an apology,

to make up for the long wait.

but still,

we felt that their service is not up to the standard.

there were other customers complaining too!

back to hubby's place to rest for the day.

it was a simple sunday.
