always thought that this is more of a ''boyish'' movie.
only until i saw the trailer,
i found out it's a magical/fantasy kind of movie.
didn't know the movie is so interesting!
it seems to resemble harry potter in some ways.
just the type of movie which interests me.
simply can't wait to enter the world of magical powers!
here's the synopsis of the movie:
Walt Disney Studios,
producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Jon Turteltaub,
the creators of the “National Treasure” franchise,
present THE SORCERER’S APPRENTICE —
an innovative and epic comedy adventure,
about a sorcerer and his hapless apprentice,
who are swept into the center of an ancient conflict between good and evil.
Balthazar Blake (NICOLAS CAGE),
is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan,
trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis,
Maxim Horvath (ALFRED MOLINA).
Balthazar can’t do it alone,
so he recruits Dave Stutler (JAY BARUCHEL),
a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential,
as his reluctant protégé.
The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice,
a crash course in the art and science of magic,
and together,
these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness.

so the question goes:
If you are a sorcerer’s apprentice, what would you use your powers for?
it will be too hypocrite if i were to say i'll use it to do something good.
cause magical powers is not needed to perform good deeds.
it should comes naturally from your heart.
so i shall use my powers to my benefit,
at the same time making my loved ones happy too.
will make all our dreams come true!
grant us wealth, health & happiness forever.
all of us will live in longevity,
so that i can save myself from the cruel reality,
that i'll have to lose the one i love some day,
when it's time for them to go.
one thing i hate most in life, separations.
next, i'll use my powers for riches.
who doesn't wish to live in prosperity?
no longer need to work,
or face any unreasonable bosses(not that mine is).
unlimited cash,
shopping madness(for shopaholic like me),
beautiful houses,
lots of delicacies,
living life to the fullest!
and of course last but not least,
i'll use my powers to win every nuffnang movie contest in future!
how great is that?
yea, i wish.
alright enough of my ravings,
you should really catch it in the theatres for yourself!
